At Cal Spas of Sacramento, we provide warranty service for hot tubs purchased directly from our showroom. Our team can assist eligible customers with warranty-related needs for the Cal Spas hot tubs we have sold.
At this time, we are unable to provide outside service for other hot tub brands or older Cal Spas hot tubs that were not purchased from us. For these service needs, please contact a local independent hot tub service provider.

Ordering Major Spa Parts
Major replacement parts can be purchased directly through the Cal Spas online parts store. When ordering, have your hot tub serial number available to help identify the appropriate parts for your spa.
Your serial number can be found on a metal plate located on the right side of the hot tub cabinet, toward the bottom of the cabinet.
